✓ An Unhurried Departure – Enjoy a relaxed 1:00 PM checkout, giving you one last slow morning at the beach.

Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking to reserve your stay.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged 5 days before your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and plans sometimes change.

• 100% refund for cancellations made 5 or more days before arrival.

• Reservations canceled within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable.

 

Security Authorization

A $250 credit card authorization hold is placed 2 days before arrival and automatically released 2 days after departure, provided no damage has occurred.

This is simply a temporary authorization hold—it is not a charge and helps us continue providing a thoughtfully cared-for home for every guests.
